Gladman Developments has submitted a proposal of application notice for a residential development and erection of a school at Kippielaw, Dalkeith.
The application is seeking planning permission in principle and will be made by Gladman Developments Ltd. The site is on land East and West of Easthouses Road, Kippielaw, Dalkeith, the location plan above indicates the site boundary in red.

Gladman intends to hold a formal public exhibition displaying their ideas for the site on Thursday 24th January 2019 from 3 -7 pm at Mayfield and Easthouses Church Hall.
Back in 2014 Gladman successfully overturned a decision that denied a planning permission application for a residential development north and south of Lasswade Road Dalkeith.

Upon successful appeal Gladman sold the site to Dandara, a home builder who is currently marketing the proposed development. You can find out details and register interest in the development on the Dandara website.
