No Christmas Tree collection this year

As Christmas Trees and decorations come down after the festive period Midlothian residents needs to be aware that the council are not providing a kerbside collection of real Christmas Trees as they have done in previous years.

This was one of the cost saving measures decided last February when the council set it’s budget for 2018/19. More such cuts will be agreed in February as the council looks to cover it’s £6.8 million budget shortfall.
