Do you know a local children’s charity that focuses on giving a child what they deserve this Christmas? This is a plea for children’s charities to come forward and apply to the NWH in the Community funding scheme.
The NWH Group are giving away one more funding release to ensure they help as many children as they can before Santa arrives.
Managing director, Mark Williams says
“It’s all too easy to forget during times of festive celebrations that there are so many children struggling to even find a roof over their heads and food on the table. We want to help change that, to give children the Christmas Day experience that no child should be deprived of, but we need the help of the community to locate and help these children, so for that reason I’ve made the decision to add this extra fund release specifically to better the lives of Children at Christmas.”
NWH in the Community provides the opportunity for local projects to apply for funding throughout the year and even though they have already given away our three releases, this Christmas they want to focus solely on supporting local children’s charities.
Without applications, they won’t be able to provide a miracle over the winter period. Applications will be open from the 28th November to 2nd December. The applications will then be put forward to the voluntary committee who will then review and decide whether funding will be given.
Funding money will be handed over on the 9th December 2016.
