Having held a very successful inaugural event earlier in the summer which improved the look around Dalkeith Library and Arts Centre, One Dalkeith are holding a second Environmental Event there this Saturday.
The kids loved the litter picking so much they are doing it again. More planting around the library is also planned, this time with Crab Apple, Bay Trees and Lavender. Some plants have been donated from local keen gardeners.
It’s all to the betterment of the town centre.
Smoothies are being made using fruit from The Dalkeith Fruit Market and free tea and coffee between 10 and 12.30.
After that you will be ready for Midfest.
One Dalkeith will also have a presence at the Midfest family day this coming Sunday. So come along and support One Dalkeith and see what they are up to. There’s a lot happening in Dalkeith.
