After the success of Inception in autumn 2021, the team at Dalkeith Country Park are bringing the art show back to Dalkeith Palace in May.

Inception showcases a curated collection of contemporary artists. The art show launched in 2021 to celebrate the re-emergence of artists after the long hiatus suffered by the creative industries during the pandemic. Following its resounding success last year the team at Dalkeith Country Park are pleased to continue to develop this celebration of creativity.

For its second incarnation, Inception has invited an inspirational collection of modern and contemporary artists, sculptors, photographers and painters to share their work. Exhibiting artists include Hatti Pattison, Craig Rae Ferguson, Frippy Jameson and Judy Clark.

Inception curator and exhibiting artist, Taisir Gibreel explains:

“Inception is a celebration of the work of our artistic community and gives artists a platform for their collections in this remarkable building and an opportunity to network with each other as well as engage with the public. We are ecstatic to be returning to Dalkeith Palace this May for the return of Inception”

As Inception is an art sales exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to purchase the artwork during the show from Friday 6th May to Sunday 8th May.
