Buccleuch Property is to bring forward proposals for the construction of a Class 4, 5 & 6 employment development with an ancillary Class 3 / Sui generis drive-thru coffee shop on land at Sheriffhall South, Gilmerton Road / Melville Gate, Dalkeith, Midlothian.

The developer has formally submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) to Midlothian Council, informing it that intends to submit a planning application for the development following a minimum 12-week consultation period.

Due to ongoing developments surrounding the COVID-19 virus and social-distancing measures, the Scottish Government has issued guidance encouraging developers to use online or digital methods of engagement whilst public gatherings are prohibited.

On Tuesday 22 June, 3-7pm the development team will be available on their consultation website sheriffhallsouth.com to answer questions from the public through a dedicated chat system as part of their digital consultation. A second event will also be held in July. This will enable website visitors to communicate directly with the design and advisory team and for them to answer any questions.
