Jet2 will add two brand new destinations to its Edinburgh Airport routes after confirming it will operate services to Chania and Pula in summer 2027.

Weekly Wednesday services are now available to Chania in Crete from 5th May to 27th October 2027, alongside weekly Sunday services to Pula from 2nd May to 17th October 2027.

Both routes are exclusive to Jet2 and offer the opportunity to discover more of the Mediterranean, with Chania’s old towns and harbours and Pula’s Roman history and picturesque coastline.

Stephanie Wear, Chief Commercial Officer at Edinburgh Airport, said:

“The addition of two brand new Mediterranean routes is fantastic news for our travellers already looking to book their summer 2027 holiday.
“Both Chania and Pula offer direct connectivity to destinations famed for sunshine, beauty and history, and explains why they are in high demand. We always look to provide choice to passengers and we’re looking forward to seeing these new additions to our departures board.”

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said:

“There are many holidaymakers wanting to get that sunshine locked into their diaries for Summer 2027, with our flights and holidays from Edinburgh Airport proving particularly popular. In response to demand from those customers wanting to book early, who know that the best rooms in the best hotels in the best resorts get booked up, we are delighted to be putting two new destinations on sale from the airport.

“We are also seeing families booking early and wanting to get that summer sun booked in, so they can take advantage of family-friendly touches such as interconnecting rooms. Crete (Chania) and Pula are magical destinations, and we know their appeal, coupled with our award-winning customer experience, will make them much sought-after from Edinburgh Airport. We look forward to taking holidaymakers to these new summer hotspots.
