The International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Mental Health Foundation, each year, dedicate a week to raise awareness around the benefits of coaching and the value of putting your mental health first.

This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘action’. As coaches, we love to deepen the learning and move people into action, so get ready to move your body and move your thinking!

At Kapow Coaching, we love the opportunity to share our passion for ‘inspiring small radical change, one conversation at a time’ through our coaching and training programmes. During this week in May, we team up with an array of coaching and wellbeing experts outside of our usual Co-Active Training Institute circle, and collaborate with some of the finest experts in the UK and beyond.

This year is no exception, as we welcome to the 2026 delivery team.

Fiona Scrase co-founder of the Action Learning Centre | Developing Leaders & Organisations based in York, who supports businesses with internal Action Learning Sets (ALS), along with facilitator training for future ALS leads.

And joining us this year also, is Lisa Hopper, author and coach based in Glasgow. Her book ‘Truly You’ is a guide to help you reconnect with your authentic self, and empowering you to shed outdated ideas to help you rediscover your purpose and inner peace.

Not to mention our very own Kapow Coaching Associate, Moon Li, an ICF Impact Award-winning coach based in Birmingham. Moon is an international coach and a Positive Intelligence Coach, who supports individuals and businesses to manage imposter syndrome and to elevate mental fitness for lasting positive impact.

All our sessions are free, starting on Monday 11th May and finishing on Friday 15th May. They include:
– one to one coaching
– training sessions
– bitesize wellbeing practices
– panel discussions
