The parents of missing Midlothian man Chris Nelson heighten the search even further and say they will go to any length to get him back.
Chris is just a regular guy from Eskbank in Scotland. He is currently living in the Kaarst area of Dusseldorf in Germany and is engaged to be married.
Ten days ago he and his fiancée Stephie were visiting friends in Amsterdam. At about 06:00 on Sunday 15th November he decided to go for a walk as he could not get to sleep. It is quite usual for Chris to go for a walk when he cannot sleep and he left the house without a jacket, his keys or his passport. He has not been in contact with his friends or family since.
Mr Nelson’s parents have said they do not believe his disappearance was related to drugs or alcohol. His mum Donna said, “He’s the most anti-drug guy on the planet. He wouldn’t do that.”
Chris’ family are desperate to find their son and are circulating further photographs of him in case someone recognises him. They would like the photographs circulated in Holland and Germany, so if you know someone who lives there please share or tweet this article.
Chris is 24 years old, has green eyes and red hair. He has a regular body shape, rather sporty. He is approx 180cm in height. As can be seen in the photograph above he has large tattoos on his right arm.
He was wearing glasses when he left, black hoodie/zipper, black Nike shoes and grey jeans.
