New restaurant opening in Lasswade

Wednesday August 1st 2018

Luci's Restaurant Lasswade

Family owned Luci’s Restaurant is opening in Lasswade in August.

The inspiration behind the new opening is from their very own family’s Italian heritage and very successful family run restaurant in Rome – currently run and owned by Louise’s cousin (Owner of Luci’s) which has been in the family for over 100 years.

The menu will be based on food that the Louise grew up with and inspiration through generations of family recipes from her own mother and grandmother as well as food from a variety of Italian regions where her family lived. With something for everyone, they will be serving you from breakfast until the later hours with cocktails.

All of their pizza dough will be made in house and their pasta dishes are made from authentic fresh ingredients every day.

The concept will not only be about the food itself, it will be about the whole experience of enjoying the cooking together, sitting down and eating together as well as spending quality time together.

For their guests, it will be a respected destination for authentic, freshly sourced, expertly prepared cuisine. It will be a fresh, exciting cutting edge concept that leads the way in hospitality.

The exact launch date is still to be confirmed but Midlothian View will keep you updated as to when the latest addition to the great restaurants in Midlothian is open.
