Capital Service Solutions, one of Scotland’s leading specialist commercial cleaning firms, has appointed Paisley woman Jill Thomson as its new Head of Business Development.
Jill brings over 14 years of experience within the cleaning and integrated facilities management sector having built up a strong foundation of industry knowledge in roles with national and regional organisations.
She was most recently Customer Relations Director at Complete Cleaning Services, playing a key role in relationship management, stakeholder engagement and business development.
Her appointment follows the recent addition of Lawrence Curran as Head of HSEQ and Facilities Management, as the Livingston-based company continues to invest in robust operational structures, governance, and frontline leadership to ensure service excellence across its portfolio.
She said: “The company’s vision and culture strongly align with my own values which initially attracted me to the role.
“In the short time I’ve worked here, it’s evident the culture is a key focus within the business. As part of the senior leadership team, I will support the execution of Capital’s growth strategy, leading business development activity and driving client retention. I believe my industry experience and outcome-led focused approach will add real value.”
