Limetree Walk near Tyninghame, East Lothian

Carriageway repair works are set to be carried out on the U187 Limetree Walk near Tyninghame.
The repairs by East Lothian Council are scheduled to start on Monday, 1 December and take up to three weeks to complete, weather permitting.
To allow these works to be conducted safely, Limetree Walk will be closed from its junction with the A198 between 1 December and Friday, 19 December.
As a result, there will be no vehicle access to Tyninghame Beach car park for the duration. Alternative car parking is available at Linkfield beside East Links Family Park.
The road closure will be signed accordingly. Emergency vehicle access will be maintained at all times.
A council spokesperson said: “We apologise for any inconvenience while these essential repairs are made.”
