The Midlothian P7 Development Football Squad played in the first of three South East Regional Festivals at the Oriam Performance Centre in Riccarton, Edinburgh last Friday.
The squad included 20 of the most talented P7 football players from Midlothian primary schools.
The festival was arranged by football development staff from Midlothian, Scottish Borders and East Lothian Council.
Two teams from each area were selected to play in a 7v7 development football festival on the indoor pitch at Oriam.
The festival was very well supported by the families of all the players who created a fantastic atmosphere for the boys to play in making their experience of representing their county an memorable one.
The next festival is due to take place on Friday 12th January 2018.
