Bonnyrigg has a new restaurant with the opening of The Greedy Fox on Polton Street.
Midlothian’s successful restauranteur Matin Khan has opened his World Street food establishment. Serving food from around the world from America to the Mediterranean to Thailand to Japan plus more in between.
The Greedy Fox’s Chef Geoff Bouchani said “Everyone will be familiar with at least half of the menu. The rest is an opportunity to discover new tastes and flavours.”
Behind the bar Benjamin, the competition level cocktail maker, mixes the cocktails.
The decor of the restaurant has been carefully finished to a very high standard as one has come to expect from Mr Khan.
Local MSP Colin Beattie was on hand to officially declare The Greedy Fox open and he was so impressed he immediately booked a table for himself and friends later in the month.
The Greedy Fox is open seven days a week from 12 noon to 11pm.
