On the evening of Wednesday 22nd April youths set fire to trees at Waterfall Walk, Dalkeith and on the neighbouring Newbattle Golf Course. There have been recent youth problems in that area and Police Scotland urge residents to contact local police in the event of youth disorder. Local police will conduct patrols in the area.
Bogwood Court, Mayfield continues to be a hot spot for youths gathering. Police Scotland would again urge local residents to contact the police in the event of disorder.
