The European Tour and Gullane Golf Club have today announced that the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open will be returning to Gullane. The event will be staged from the 12th – 15th July 2018.
In addition, to the Men’s Open, Gullane will also host the Ladies’ Scottish Open between the 27th and 29th July. Both events will precede the respective Men’s and Ladies’ British Open with the European Tour and the Sponsors expecting that this arrangement will attract the very best golfers in the world to the East Lothian course.
Gullane Golf Club has a proud record of hosting Amateur and Professional events, a reputation enhanced by their successful hosting of the 2015 Scottish Open. The Scottish Open event received exceptionally positive feedback from the players, the European Tour, the local community and the club’s Members.
The event will be good news for local businesses with large crowds expected.
