The Midlothian Raiders delivered a statement performance on Wednesday 14th January 2026, recording a commanding 97–40 victory over Gracemount Panthers B in Lothian League Division 4 action.

From the opening tip, the Raiders applied relentless pressure defence, forcing turnovers and turning them into fast-break opportunities. The intensity and discipline on both ends of the floor allowed the Raiders to build an early lead and maintain control throughout the contest.

Two standout individual performances powered the win. Raiders No.11 Morgan Ferrier led the scoring with an impressive 30-point performance, while three-point specialist Jason Brown caught fire from long range, finishing with a game-high 34 points.

The result lifts the Raiders to second place in the league in their inaugural season, highlighting the rapid development and confidence growing within the squad.

The Raiders now turn their attention to a major upcoming challenge against West Lothian Wolves, who remain unbeaten at 6–0 this season. The matchup takes place on Friday 6th February 2026 at Oriam, and promises to be a key test as the Raiders continue their push at the top of the table.
