Penicuik SFA Legacy Award

Last night the Penicuik Athletic Youth Football Club (PAYFC) committee delivered a presentation to the Scottish FA Regional Committee and as a result PAYFC have achieved the Legacy Quality Mark, the highest award that can be given.

Quality Mark is the Scottish FA’s accreditation programme designed to support and recognise the work of grassroots clubs and teams who have a desire to be the very best they can be.

Each level of the four Quality Mark award levels, Standard, Development, Community and Legacy, relate to a list of criteria on areas such as club structure, coach education and administration. Legacy is the highest level which means that PAYFC has met every requirement of the Quality Mark programme.

This achievement is down to a tremendous amount of work performed by all the volunteers at the club and it is just the start of big things to come for the club and the community in Penicuik.

The club wish to thank everyone that has supported the club in achieving this award.

As they say “Our Club….Our Community….Our Future….”
