Bonnyrigg Rose manager Davie McGlynn has accepted the position of manager at Linlithgow Rose following the departure of Danny Smith.

Bonnyriff Rose were contacted by Linlithgow asking for permission to speak to McGlynn which has resulted in his appointment.

The club have thanked him for the tireless effort he has put since his appointment last September and are sorry that his stay at New Dundas Park was so brief, as he had laid the foundation of a good squad which he was busy trying to enhance during the close season.

The Bonnyrigg club will now start the process of the appointment of a replacement in good time to build a squad for the new season.
