Orocco, who specialise in high-end builds and renovations, has announced its sponsorship of Dalkeith Rugby Club. They join as a main club sponsor ahead of the upcoming season.

The sponsorship is announced as Dalkeith Rugby Club celebrates their 125th Anniversary. Orocco continues its commitment to supporting grass root clubs; improving health and wellbeing and widening access to sports for children.

The construction firm recently relocated to the town at the former home of Charles Taylor Woodwork at West Church. Orocco has quadrupled the size of its bespoke joinery workshop as it showcases its commitment to long-term investment in the local economy.

Orocco Managing Director Jonny Blurton said, “We’re excited to be Club Sponsors at Dalkeith Rugby Club. Since Orocco’s move into Dalkeith, we have been exploring ways to help support the local community.”

Orocco shares core values of teamwork and integrity with Dalkeith Rugby Club, in a game that brings people together from all walks of life. Sponsoring Dalkeith RFC strengthens the ties between Orocco and the community and will help aid the club in its growth and success.

Dalkeith Rugby Club Secretary Jamie Simpson said, “At Dalkeith Rugby Club we offer opportunities to participate in rugby for people aged 2-70+, and the support from Orocco helps us do that. It is fantastic to be partnered with an organisation that shares our values and commitment to supporting the local community”.

Orocco Managing Director Mark Ivinson added, “It is a real honour to support Dalkeith Rugby, a club that plays a key part in the local community it serves. We’re looking forward to following all the teams in their games.”
